SCRIPTOMATE
END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT, TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ScriptoMate (hereafter “SOFTWARE PRODUCT”) includes four editions
EWE – EVALUATION WORKSTATION EDITION
SWE – STANDARD WORKSTATION EDITION
PWE – PROFESSIONAL WORKSTATION EDITION
PSE – PROFESSIONAL SERVER EDITION

STANDARD WORKSTATION EDITION, PROFESSIONAL WORKSTATION EDITION, PROFESSIONAL SERVER EDITION (hereafter “PAID EDITION”)

STANDARD WORKSTATION EDITION
The user is granted a non-exclusive license to use the STANDARD WORKSTATION EDITION of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on one single-user computer which is exclusive for the user, for any legal purpose. The user is not allowed to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a server. A server is considered a computer that is not exclusive to one user, including computers running the Windows Server Operating System.

PROFESSIONAL WORKSTATION EDITION
The user is granted a non-exclusive license to use the PROFESSIONAL WORKSTATION EDITION of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on one single-user computer which is exclusive for the user, for any legal purpose. The user is not allowed to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a server. A server is considered a computer that is not exclusive to one user, including computers running the Windows Server Operating System.

PROFESSIONAL SERVER EDITION
The company is granted a non-exclusive license to use the PROFESSIONAL SERVER EDITION of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on one server at a single company location, for any legal purpose. A server is considered a computer that is not exclusive to one user, including computers running the Windows Server Operating System.

EVALUATION WORKSTATION EDITION (hereafter “FREE EDITION”)
You may use the EVALUATION WORKSTATION EDITION for evaluation purposes only for a trial period of 30 days. After this trial period, you must either purchase a PAID EDITION to continue to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT or delete the SOFTWARE PRODUCT from your computer.

Common Provisions
You may not:

alter the SOFTWARE PRODUCT in any way, including its help and text files;
distribute, rent, lease, lend, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer the SOFTWARE PRODUCT;
transfer the PAID EDITION, or any subset of the PAID EDITION, except as provided for in this agreement.
Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

SCRIPTOMATE IS DISTRIBUTED “AS IS”. NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE GRIP METHODOLOGY BV WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
Installing and using SOFTWARE PRODUCT denotes the acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license. If you do not agree with the terms of this license, you must remove SOFTWARE PRODUCT files from your storage devices and cease to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
